Job Duties

cleans and services buildings by sweeping, mopping offices, classrooms, bathrooms, etc.
waxes and buffs floors
performs minor maintenance on building fixtures and equipment
picks up and disposes of trash
assists with outside work such as sweeping, shoveling snow, etc.
loads and unloads trucks
ability to lift medium weights
ability to perform routine maintenance and mechanical work
