Job Requirements
- at least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- a 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience or a 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience
- valid driver’s license for the applicable state

- proven ability to lead a team and drive operational success
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- boost revenue and control costs effectively
- develop and implement comprehensive sales plans
- manage budgets and financial reporting accurately
- maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction
- lead, motivate and develop the hotel team
- establish and maintain relationships with property owners and community stakeholders
