The successful candidate will be an expert in hospitality management with a minimum of 6 years progressive experience or equivalent education and experience, and a valid driver’s license. They will be tasked with creating and executing revenue-enhancing sales strategies, managing budgets effectively, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. As the face of the hotel, the General Manager will build and nurture strong relationships with guests, employees, owners, and local community members, ensuring that every guest’s stay is a memorable one defined by outstanding service and comfort. Job Requirements
- at least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- a 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience or a 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience
- valid driver’s license for the applicable state
