Job Requirements

  • at least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • a 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience or a 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience
  • valid driver’s license for the applicable state

Job Qualifications

  • a minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in hotel management or related field
  • a 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience or a 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience
  • proven ability to lead a team and drive operational success
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong proficiency with hotel management systems and technology
  • valid driver’s license for the applicable state

Job Duties

  • boost revenue and control costs effectively
  • develop and implement comprehensive sales plans
  • manage budgets and financial reporting accurately
  • maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction
  • lead, motivate and develop the hotel team
  • establish and maintain relationships with property owners and community stakeholders
  • ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
