Job Description
TheKey is recognized as the largest provider of private pay in-home care for aging seniors across North America, dedicated to transforming the way society approaches senior care. As an Employer of Choice, TheKey prides itself on fostering a supportive and empowering environment for its caregivers. With a strong local presence in West Los Angeles and areas under the 90025 zip code, the company emphasizes compassionate, high-quality care delivered directly in clients' homes. TheKey's mission focuses on enhancing the quality of life for seniors by offering personalized care plans that address their unique needs, promoting health, dignity, and independence among the aging population.
This role is specifically seeking Korean speaking caregivers interested in becoming a vital part of this rewarding industry. As a caregiver with TheKey, you will be instrumental in supporting aging adults by providing essential personal care, companionship, and household assistance. The position offers highly competitive pay rates, starting at $20 per hour plus overtime, with opportunities for both full-time and part-time work. Caregivers enjoy flexible schedules that allow for work-life balance, and TheKey provides comprehensive support including paid training through virtual, online, and hands-on classes, mileage reimbursement, and access to 24/7 caregiver support and local management. This role comes with generous benefits such as medical, dental, vision coverage, and a 401(k) plan with employer match, helping caregivers plan for their futures while making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors.
TheKey's commitment to its employees extends beyond just pay and benefits. They offer weekly pay with optional daily pay through PayActiv, referral bonuses, and unique referral rewards paid via Caribou, underscoring their dedication to recognizing and incentivizing caregivers. This position not only allows you to earn a great wage but also provides career development opportunities in one of the fastest-growing industries today. The company also supports caregivers through the entire employment process, assisting with HCA registration and compliance with state background and health clearances.
As a Korean speaking caregiver at TheKey, you will help seniors with personal care tasks including dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal assistance. You will also carry out light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing, as well as transportation responsibilities like driving clients to appointments and errands. Beyond physical care, this role involves providing companionship through engaging activities like games and puzzles which foster social and emotional wellbeing. This meaningful work requires patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for serving the community. Joining TheKey means becoming part of a compassionate team dedicated to changing the way the world ages by delivering a white-glove experience that promotes a healthy mind, body, and spirit for seniors.
