Key responsibilities include planning and executing major organizational projects such as Outdoor Games, expansion initiatives, and milestone events by tracking deliverables, coordinating logistics and vendors, and ensuring alignment with leadership goals. The specialist aids in managing high-profile events including jersey retirements and VIP programs by handling guest lists, credentials, run-of-show documents, and onsite support. They also oversee hospitality and game-day operations for premium suites, coordinating catering, ticket assignments, and engagement activities aligned with executive standards. Managing partnership marketing initiatives and alumni relations, facilitating VIP and celebrity hospitality, supporting merchandise and retail campaigns, and coordinating executive advisory board activities are also critical aspects of this role.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or related field
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in administrative support, project coordination, sports, entertainment, or marketing

- Drive alumni relations initiatives by maintaining databases, creating newsletters, coordinating appearances, and tracking engagement metrics
- Facilitate logistics and hospitality for VIPs, celebrities, and special guests by organizing seating, curated experiences, and communications
- Fulfill merchandise and retail initiatives by organizing product launches, promotions, partnerships, tracking inventory, and providing administrative support
- Set up Advisory Board and external engagement activities by coordinating scheduling, materials preparation, communications, and briefing documents
- Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support including managing calendars, meetings, travel, preparing agendas, notes, presentations, reports, and maintaining organized documentation
