Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years restaurant management experience
- valid state driver’s license
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- open availability
- ability to frequently bend, twist at waist, kneel, squat, stand, and walk
- ability to occasionally climb and descend ladders
- tolerance of extreme cold and hot temperatures
- ability to work around fryers, ovens, grills, coolers, freezers, sharp objects, and loud noises
- ability to reach, grasp, and manipulate objects overhead
- ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 50+ lbs occasionally

Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
- coach and correct team members as necessary
- recruit, interview, select, hire, and complete onboarding for all positions
- maintain a clean restaurant environment and perform general housekeeping duties
- establish build to’s and maintain the production management system
- direct team and ensure all food items are prepared and served in accordance with all Brand, Company, and health department regulations
- supervise and coach team members to follow guidelines for food preparation and production management
