Job Description

The hiring family is based in Weston, Connecticut, seeking a dedicated full-time nanny/housekeeper/cook to join their household. This position offers the flexibility of being either live-in or live-out, with live-in candidates provided a separate living space complete with a private entrance, ensuring privacy and comfort. Job Requirements

US passport, Green Card or EAC
Able to swim
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Comfortable working collaboratively with other household staff
Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed
Loving, kind, patient character with ability to engage children appropriately
Willingness to perform a variety of tasks with a 'no job is too big or too small' mindset
Desire for a long-term commitment with the family

Job Qualifications

Experience working with children, ideally with Autism or special needs
Comfortable traveling domestically and internationally with family
Ability to work well in a team with parents and other caregivers
Preferred degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent professional experience
Strong organizational skills for managing household tasks and schedules
Proven ability to multitask and manage diverse responsibilities with care and patience

Job Duties

Provide light childcare and supervise children's activities
Prepare simple, healthy meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Grocery shop to maintain kitchen supplies
Perform daily home cleaning tasks including making beds and tidying
Manage family laundry and organize clothing and spaces
Care for two friendly dogs by feeding and basic upkeep
Collaborate with parents and additional caregivers in a team-oriented environment
Run occasional errands as directed by family and house manager
Assist with travel preparations and accompany family on trips when needed
