Job Description
Kosta Browne, part of The Duckhorn Portfolio, represents one of California's most esteemed wineries, celebrated for its dedication to producing high-quality Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines. Located in the heart of Sonoma County, Kosta Browne is renowned for its exceptional winemaking and personalized hospitality experiences tailored to discerning wine collectors and enthusiasts. The Duckhorn Portfolio, established in 1976, is North America's premier luxury wine company, managing eleven prestigious wineries and multiple estate vineyards across Napa Valley, Sonoma County, Anderson Valley, and other notable regions. The portfolio's extensive reach includes over 2,200 acres of vineyards and a diverse selection of more than 15 varietals, with wines distributed on five continents and in more than 50 countries worldwide.
Kosta Browne is seeking an Estate Coordinator, a key hospitality leadership role that demands a sophisticated blend of event management, luxury client relations, and strategic ambassador programming. This position serves as a vital link between the winery and its most valued members, offering advanced hospitality expertise to deliver impeccable service and exceptional experiences. The Estate Coordinator will lead the planning and execution of exclusive private events and consumer experiences, ensuring every detail reflects the winery's commitment to excellence and luxury.
This role requires a high level of professionalism and executive sophistication to effectively manage affluent clientele, requiring not only advanced knowledge of wine but also exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships. The Estate Coordinator acts as the primary contact for high-value members from the initial consultation through event follow-up, collaborating cross-departmentally to assess the impact of events and maintain seamless luxury operations. Furthermore, the coordinator oversees the development and implementation of ambassador programming that includes private tastings and regional experiences, aimed at enhancing the brand’s prestige and fostering engagement with strategic partners and loyal customers.
Beyond event management and programming, the Estate Coordinator supports day-to-day hospitality operations and ensures the winery experience consistently exceeds expectations through anticipatory and culturally sensitive service. The role demands leadership capabilities to guide teams and maintain high standards at all times.
This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, disability and life insurance, paid time off, holidays, and a 401(k) plan with employer contributions. Employees also benefit from a supportive and diverse work environment, training opportunities, internal promotion prospects, and a generous tuition reimbursement program. Joining Kosta Browne means becoming part of a celebrated team that values craftsmanship, inclusivity, and an unwavering dedication to hospitality excellence.
