Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred
- Previous customer service or fine dining experience preferred
- Proficient in large tray service
- Ability to operate equipment including juicer, cutting boards, soda guns, ice machines and glass washing machines
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to write routine correspondence and interact well with guests and employees
- Ability to resolve problems and conflicts diplomatically and tactfully
- Must have an outgoing, friendly personality and cheerful accommodating disposition
- Must remain calm and professional in fast-paced environment
- Must be organized and utilize time well
- Must be a team player
- Must be able to stand, walk and move through dining room and bars for lengthy periods
- Must be able to carry up to fifty pounds
- Must be able to assist guests with special needs
- Must maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude for fast-paced work environment
- Must complete all required training programs within 9 months
- Must meet attendance guidelines
- Must comply with company policies including information security

Job Duties
- Report to work on time, well-groomed in full uniform, with badge on upper left side of uniform
- Assist hostess, waiter/waitress and bartender if requested to enhance guests dining experience
- Greet guests with water and bread promptly with a proper introduction and friendly courteous disposition
- Remove dishes, used silverware and unused extras when each course is finished
- Brush crumbs from table and replace items guests may need
- Perform proficient large tray service including proper clearing, stacking and balancing through dining room
- Provide exceptional customer service communicating pleasantly and professionally at all times
