As a Cocktail Server at the Knox, you will play a vital role in ensuring that guests receive prompt and professional beverage service along with exceptional customer care. Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently expedite drink orders while maintaining the cleanliness and stock of your assigned area, which includes side stations, tables, and POS stations. More than just serving drinks, you will be engaging with guests, delivering personalized service that elevates their overall experience. You will also participate in unique activities such as comedy acts, photo-shoots, and various marketing events that support the development and promotion of the brand.
This role requires an energetic, attentive individual who can manage cash handling with accuracy and uphold the highest standards of service and professionalism. The starting hourly wage for this position is $9.50, plus tips, which can range up to an estimated $1,900 annually. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- legal age of 21 or older
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- proficiency with point of sale systems
- commitment to maintaining clean and safe work environments

Job Duties
- Provide and expedite beverage orders for guests
- maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned area, side station, tables, and POS station

- collect money and follow all proper cash handling and comp procedures
- focus on the development of a personal clientele list
- maintain assigned wardrobe and/or costumes in accordance with established standard
- resolve guest complaints within scope of authority or refer to management while notifying supervisor and/or security of unusual events
