Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of professional cooking experience
- Ability to bend, stoop, walk and lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
- Food safety permit or ability to obtain one upon employment
- Availability to work Monday to Sunday including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work full 8-hour shifts standing and walking
Job Qualifications

- Experience in Poke chef or Sushi chef role strongly preferred

- Knowledge of kitchen equipment such as range, oven, fryer, and grill
- Familiarity with food handling and storage regulations
Job Duties
- Cut fish for poke including tuna, salmon, albacore, hamachi, tako
- Make sushi rolls and sashimi preparation in back kitchen
- Prepare kitchen orders and assist with ingredient prep for poke and sushi
- Chop, cut, and slice vegetables and proteins using knife skills
- Maintain clean kitchen and workstation, comply with food sanitation standards
- Communicate ticket times to servers to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor product freshness and inspect food quality before service
