Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food preparation or fast-food environment preferred
- Ability to follow food safety guidelines
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Good physical stamina
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- Cook and prepare product according to McDonald's standards
- Stock-up kitchen to ensure sufficient stocked product for fast and efficient service
- Follow food-safety standards at all times
- Clean kitchen, stockroom and backroom areas as needed or when asked
- Assist in cleaning other areas of the restaurant as needed or when asked
- Help in controlling the cost of food by assisting to track waste
- Assist in inventorying product
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals
