Positions include soup cook, prep cook, dish, and lobby roles, all designed to provide hands-on experience in a friendly and supportive environment. Training is personal and thorough to ensure all team members can thrive. Job Requirements
- Available to work at least three to five shifts a week
- Kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Quick and detail-oriented when prepping and cooking
- Capable of working collaboratively in a team setting
- Punctual and reliable
- Willingness to follow company policies and health regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Availability to work set daytime shifts without Sundays
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh produce for menu items
- Cook house-made soups, spreads, and dressings daily
- Organize and maintain a clean and welcoming lobby
- Manage and operate advanced dishwasher equipment
- Follow all health and safety protocols
- Provide excellent hospitality and teamwork with fellow employees
- Assist in prep cook and dish duties as needed
