The Kitchen Team Member role at Cafe Zupas is integral to the company’s mission of delivering fresh, high-quality food and exceptional hospitality. This role includes soup cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers, and lobby team members, each contributing to the smooth operation of the kitchen and front-of-house activities. Employees work daytime shifts typically between 8 am and 4 pm, with some lobby shifts available in the evening. Notably, the company operates with a set schedule offering Sundays off, no late nights, early mornings, or weekend obligations, supporting a healthy work-life balance. Job Requirements
- available to work at least three to five shifts a week
- kitchen experience preferred but not required
- quick and detail-oriented when prepping and cooking
- able to maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- able to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong interpersonal skills
- positive attitude and willingness to follow company culture and policies

Job Duties
- prepare fresh produce for menu items
