Job Requirements
- Available to work at least three to five shifts a week
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Detail-oriented and quick learner
- Able to work daytime shifts between 8 am and 4 pm
- Reliable and punctual
- Kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and values
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous kitchen or food preparation experience a plus
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain quality standards
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh produce for menu items
- Cook house-made soups, spreads, and dressings daily
- Organize and maintain a clean kitchen and lobby area
- Manage advanced dishwasher operations
- Support team in maintaining a collaborative and positive work environment
- Ensure adherence to food safety and cleanliness standards
- Provide excellent hospitality to guests through teamwork and professionalism
