Cafe Zupas is currently seeking dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join their dynamic kitchen staff. The employment schedule offers a daytime set routine, with no late nights, early mornings, or Sunday shifts, providing a great work-life balance for employees. The Kitchen Team Member role includes various positions such as soup cook, prep cook, dish worker, and lobby attendant. Responsibilities encompass preparing fresh produce, cooking house-made soups, spreads, and dressings, managing dishwashing with advanced equipment, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the lobby and kitchen. The workplace prioritizes health and safety by avoiding the use of grease, grills, fryers, or microwaves, promoting a cleaner and safer atmosphere. Job Requirements

  • Available to work at least three to five shifts a week
  • Able to work a daytime set schedule with no Sundays, early mornings, or late nights
  • Quick and detail-oriented when prepping and cooking
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and lobby
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to handle physical demands of kitchen work
  • Must be dependable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities

  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
