The role of a Kitchen Team Member at Cafe Zupas is a daytime position with a set schedule that excludes Sundays, early mornings, and late nights, promoting a healthy work-life balance. Working hours generally fall between 8 am and 4 pm for prep and soup cook shifts, with additional daytime and evening shifts available for dish and lobby positions. Job Requirements

  • Available to work at least three to five shifts per week
  • Kitchen experience preferred but not required
  • Quick and detail-oriented when prepping and cooking
  • Able to maintain a clean and organized kitchen
  • Willingness to work daytime shifts between 8am and 4pm
  • Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively
  • Reliable and punctual
