This position is for a Food Preparation role within the dynamic team at Drury Hotels. Under general supervision, the Food Prep team member is responsible for preparing a variety of food products using kitchen equipment and utensils according to specific recipe cards. This role ensures that guest orders are fulfilled consistently, adhering to company policies and procedures to maintain quality and safety standards. In addition to food preparation, the role requires maintaining a clean and well-organized food prep area, delivering food, and assisting guests as needed.
