Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- ability to take written and verbal direction in English
- ability to operate machines and equipment such as POS software and dishwashers
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- ability to support bartender without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
- ability to clean and maintain assigned areas
- ability to move efficiently around bar and kitchen areas
Job Qualifications
- Ability to take written and verbal direction in English
- ability to speak English clearly
- effective communication skills with customers and team members
- ability to deal diplomatically with difficult situations and people
- knowledge of operating POS software and kitchen equipment
- general knowledge of the hotel and local area
- strong customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of food products using kitchen equipment and utensils according to recipe cards
- maintain the food preparation area in a clean and organized manner
- deliver food and assist guests as needed
- present a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture
- support bartenders without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
- communicate effectively with customers and team members
- maintain cleanliness and order in assigned areas
