Job Requirements

Must be 18 years old or older
Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and speak English clearly
Ability to operate machines and equipment including POS software and kitchen tools
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and team members
Ability to support bartender without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
Ability to clean and maintain assigned work areas
Ability to move efficiently around bar and kitchen areas

Ability to operate POS software, dishwashers, and kitchen equipment

Job Duties

Prepare a variety of food products using kitchen equipment and utensils according to recipe cards
Maintain food prep area in a clean and organized manner
Deliver food and assist guests as needed
Present a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote Drury culture
Answer guest questions about the hotel, area, and events
Support bartender without making or pouring alcoholic beverages
Follow company policies and procedures during food preparation and service
