Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years old or older
  • one experience bartending required
  • two or more years of bartender and supervisory experience preferred
  • requires a high school diploma or equivalent
  • completion of two years of college preferred
  • ability to take written and verbal direction in English and communicate effectively in English
  • ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment
  • perform duties of bartender, prep cook, and cocktail server or other positions as needed
  • requires ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications per company requirements
  • ability to handle money, make change and utilize office machines in day-to-day activities
  • ability to operate machines and equipment including cash register, POS software, dishwashers, kitchen equipment
  • ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people professionally
  • ability to open and close bar, obtain mixing supplies, and maintain responsible areas
  • ability to distinguish between currency denominations and make change

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years old or older
  • high school diploma or equivalent required
  • two years of college preferred
  • minimum one year bartending experience required
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • ability to mix and serve drinks in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to perform multitasking in various bar and kitchen roles
  • ability to obtain and maintain required certifications based on company policies
  • strong interpersonal skills for managing customer interactions

Job Duties

  • Open and close hotel kitchen and bar following company policies
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of food prep and bar areas
  • mix and serve a variety of drinks efficiently
  • serve and assist guests with hospitality and integrity
  • perform additional duties as bartender, prep cook, or cocktail server as needed
  • handle money transactions and use office equipment accurately
  • resolve difficult situations diplomatically while maintaining professionalism
