Job Requirements

  • must be at least 21 years old
  • minimum of one year bartending experience
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • ability to mix and serve drinks in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to perform multiple roles including bartender, prep cook, and cocktail server
  • ability to obtain and maintain company certifications
  • ability to handle money and make change
  • capability to operate POS systems and kitchen equipment
  • strong interpersonal and professionalism skills
  • ability to manage difficult guests and situations
  • availability to work the 4PM to 1AM shift

Job Qualifications

  • must be 21 years old or older
  • one year bartending experience required
  • two or more years of bartender and supervisory experience preferred
  • high school diploma or equivalent required
  • completion of two years of college preferred
  • ability to take written and verbal direction in English
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • ability to mix and serve a variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to perform duties of bartender, prep cook, and cocktail server
  • ability to obtain and maintain certifications
  • ability to handle money and make change
  • ability to operate machines and equipment
  • ability to deal diplomatically with difficult situations
  • ability to open and close bar and maintain necessary supplies
  • ability to distinguish different currency denominations

Job Duties

  • open and close the hotel kitchen and bar following company policies and procedures
  • maintain the food prep and bar area in a clean and organized manner
  • serve and assist guests with drinks and hospitality
  • handle money accurately and operate POS systems
  • obtain and maintain all necessary certifications
  • operate kitchen and bar equipment
  • diplomatically manage difficult situations and lead team members when needed
