The role involves opening and closing the hotel Kitchen+Bar under general supervision and according to company policies and procedures. The individual in this position is responsible for maintaining a clean, well-organized food preparation and bar area while delivering excellent service to guests. As a versatile team member, this role involves bartending, prep cooking, cocktail serving, and assisting wherever needed to ensure seamless operations within the Kitchen+Bar area.

Job Requirements
- must be 21 years old or older
- one experience bartending required
- two or more years of bartender experience preferred
- a high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications per company requirements
- ability to take written and verbal direction in English
- ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment
- ability to handle money and make change
- ability to operate cash register and POS software
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to open and close bar and maintain clean areas
Job Qualifications
- must be 21 years old or older

- two or more years of bartender experience preferred
- a high school diploma or equivalent
- completion of two years of college preferred
- ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications per company requirements
- ability to take written and verbal direction in English

- ability to diplomatically handle difficult situations and people
- ability to open and close bar and maintain supply inventory
Job Duties
- open and close the hotel Kitchen+Bar following company policies and procedures
- maintain the food prep and hotel bar area in a clean and well-organized manner
- serve and assist guests with cocktails and bar service
- operate register and POS software for transactions
- perform duties of bartender, prep cook, and cocktail server as needed
- communicate effectively with guests and team members
- ensure proper cash handling and make change accurately
