Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years old or older
- One experience bartending required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications per company requirements
- Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle money, make change and utilize office machines in normal day-to-day activities
- Ability to operate machines and equipment used including cash register, POS software, dishwashers, kitchen equipment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to open and close bar, obtain all supplies necessary for mixing cocktails, and clean and maintain areas
- Ability to distinguish between different denominations of currency and make appropriate change
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years old or older
- One year experience bartending required, two or more years preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required, two years of college preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate certifications
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
- Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to mix drinks quickly and efficiently
- Ability to operate kitchen and bar equipment
Job Duties
- Open and close the hotel kitchen and bar following company policies and procedures
