The hotel fosters a culture of mentorship, cross-training, and professional development, evidenced by over 200 internal promotions in the past year alone. Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage are standard. Additionally, Drury Hotels supports long-term financial stability with a company-matched 401(k) plan and offers attractive employee perks such as hotel discounts and free room nights.

This role is ideal for individuals who are at least 21 years old with at least one year of bartending experience, preferably two or more years, who are seeking a rewarding career in hospitality. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with preference given to those who have completed some college coursework. The ability to communicate effectively in English, follow directions, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting is critical. The position also emphasizes strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically, ensuring every guest interaction is positive and professional.

As a member of the Drury family, the Kitchen+Bar team member is expected to take pride in contributing to a well-run, welcoming environment that promotes guest satisfaction and team collaboration.
