Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years old or older
- One year experience bartending required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications per company requirements
- Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle money and make change
- Ability to operate office machines and equipment including cash register, POS software, dishwashers, kitchen equipment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people while exhibiting professionalism
- Ability to open and close bar and perform cleaning and maintenance duties
- Ability to distinguish currency denominations and make appropriate change
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years old or older
- One year experience bartending required, two or more years preferred
- A high school diploma or equivalent, completion of two years of college preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications per company requirements
- Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and communicate effectively in English
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people while maintaining professionalism
- Ability to open and close bar, obtain supplies for mixing cocktails, and clean and maintain responsible areas
- Ability to distinguish between different denominations of currency and make appropriate change
- Ability to operate machines and equipment used in the position
Job Duties
- Open and close the hotel kitchen and bar following company policies and procedures
