The open position is a Bartender role within the hotel’s Kitchen+Bar team, offering an engaging opportunity for professionals with prior bartending experience. As a Bartender at Drury Hotels, the successful candidate will be responsible for opening and closing the hotel’s Kitchen+Bar according to company policies and procedures. Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years old or older
  • One year bartending experience required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate certifications
  • Proficient in English communication
  • Ability to mix and serve a variety of drinks
  • Ability to handle money and make change
  • Capable of operating cash registers, POS software, dishwashers, and kitchen equipment
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to open and close bar and maintain cleanliness
  • Ability to distinguish currency denominations and provide accurate change

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two or more years of bartender experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Open and close the hotel Kitchen+Bar following company policies and procedures

  • Handle money, make change, and use office machines during daily activities
