This role operates under general supervision and holds the critical responsibility of opening and closing the hotel's Kitchen+Bar in strict accordance with company policies and procedures. The Bartender/Kitchen+Bar team member plays a multifaceted role that includes bartending, prep cooking, and cocktail serving. They are expected to handle cash transactions accurately, operate essential office and kitchen machinery, and demonstrate a capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This position requires the ability to mix a wide variety of drinks expertly and to manage the supply and cleanliness of the bar area.
