Currently, Drury Hotels is actively hiring for a Bartender position at their new property located at 812 West I-65 Service Road South in Mobile, Alabama. This role offers a starting base pay of $12 an hour plus tips, providing a competitive compensation package that rewards performance through quarterly bonuses that may total up to $3,200 annually, separate from the base salary. The Bartender role is integral to the overall guest experience as it involves preparing and serving a variety of drinks, maintaining cleanliness and organization within the bar and kitchen areas, and assisting with food prep as needed. As part of the team, the Bartender not only crafts cocktails but also supports other operations including prep cooking and cocktail serving duties in a high-paced environment.
