Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years old or older
- One year experience bartending required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
- Ability to handle money and operate machines
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Ability to open and close bar
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years old or older
- One year experience bartending required
- Two or more years preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of two years of college preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
- Ability to operate machines and equipment including POS software
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to open and close the bar responsibly
- Ability to distinguish currency denominations and make appropriate change
Job Duties
- Open and close the hotel kitchen and bar following company policies and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of food prep and bar areas
- Serve and assist guests with drink orders and hospitality
- Mix and serve a wide variety of drinks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Perform prep cook and cocktail server duties as needed
- Handle money, make change, and operate office machines including POS software and cash registers
- Obtain supplies necessary for cocktail preparation and maintain inventory
- Address guest inquiries about the hotel, area, and events with general knowledge
- Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service
