Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years old or older
  • one year of bartending experience required
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications per company requirements
  • ability to take written and verbal direction in English and communicate effectively in English
  • ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to handle money, make change, and utilize office machines
  • ability to operate machines and equipment used including cash registers, POS software, dishwashers, and kitchen equipment
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to deal diplomatically with difficult situations and people
  • ability to open and close the bar and maintain cleanliness and supplies
  • ability to distinguish between different denominations of currency and make change

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • two or more years of bartender experience preferred
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • ability to handle money and make change accurately
  • ability to operate machinery such as cash registers, POS software, kitchen equipment, and dishwashers
  • experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to diplomatically handle difficult situations
  • ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications as required by the company

Job Duties

  • Open and close the hotel Kitchen and Bar following company policies and procedures
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the food prep and hotel bar areas
