These positions are typically available as either full-time or part-time, accommodating various schedules and lifestyle needs, and offer competitive wages starting between $17 and $20 per hour.
The Kitchen Team Member or BOH Crew Member is responsible for producing high-quality food with precision and accuracy. This involves closely following strict quality assurance and food safety procedures to guarantee that every dish served meets our rigorous standards of excellence. Candidates should be prepared to work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen and be comfortable performing tasks that demand physical stamina, including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects when necessary. While prior experience in roles such as cook, grill cook, fry cook, prep cook, line cook, chef, or restaurant crew member is preferred, it is not an absolute requirement, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to start or advance their careers in the culinary field.
