Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and must complete within six months
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to perform all job aspects successfully
- Maturity, dependability, and punctuality
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to work odd and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to travel and participate in training
- Possession or ability to obtain and maintain an Occupational License pursuant to the Illinois Gaming Act
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Adhere to strict hygiene standards at all times
- Clean and maintain the dish room and kitchen areas
- Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor
- Assume responsibility for additional tasks as needed
- Inform kitchen leadership of inventory and supply needs
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes and kitchen items
- Dispose of kitchen garbage according to casino policies
- Handle and store cleaning chemicals properly
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize kitchen equipment and surfaces
- Maintain the physical condition of the premises in a safe and healthy manner
- Adhere strictly to all operating policies and procedures without deviation
- Comply with Minimum Internal Control Standards and Fiscal Policies and Procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
