The role of a Kitchen Worker at Wind Creek Hospitality is a vital operational position within the culinary team, based primarily in the EDR department and scheduled during overnight hours from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am, with shifts subject to change depending on business needs. The Kitchen Worker is entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all plate ware, glassware, cooking equipment, and utensils used in food preparation and service. This contribution supports the seamless operation of the restaurant program and enhances the overall guest dining experience. Beyond cleaning duties, the Kitchen Worker assists in the preparation of food products under the guidance of Culinary Team leadership, ensuring that food safety and hygiene standards remain strictly adhered to.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within six months from start date as a condition of continued employment
- must be eighteen years of age or older
- willingness and ability to bend, squat and lift up to 50 lbs on a regular and frequent basis
- ability to adequately and successfully perform all aspects of this position
- must possess a high level of maturity, dependability, and punctuality
- demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- willingness to work odd and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to travel and participate in training as recommended or required
- must have a Tribal Gaming License or the ability to obtain and maintain a license as a requirement for this position
