- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and management in both written and verbal form
- Must possess or obtain a California Food Handlers Certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols

Job Duties
- Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values
- Perform responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies, and procedures
- Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, glassware, and small kitchen equipment according to established procedures
- Operate commercial dishwashing machines safely and correctly
- Empty trash and recycling bins and properly dispose of waste materials
- Assist with waste disposal and recycling efforts, ensuring proper separation and handling
- Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping floors as needed
