Utility workers also uphold workplace safety by adhering strictly to the use of designated safety equipment, including personal protective equipment (PPE).

This position offers an hourly wage starting at $18.00 and includes competitive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible team members, paid time off (PTO), volunteer hours, and more. Employees enjoy a 30% discount on food and drinks at on-site dining venues, with additional discounted healthy meal options available. Maris Grove also provides on-site medical centers offering wellness visits and sick care for team members over 18 years old, ensuring convenient access to healthcare services. Additionally, there is a company 401k plan with a 3% match for all team members aged 18 and above, enhancing long-term financial security. Employees can also look forward to growth opportunities within the company as Erickson Senior Living expands and opens new communities.

Ideal candidates for this role are those with prior service or kitchen experience who are able to follow written instructions and schedules, can lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds, and are flexible to work on weekends and holidays. Maris Grove’s team members are expected to contribute positively to the community by supporting a safe, clean, and efficient environment, making this role both rewarding and essential.
