Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent preferred
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • ability to stand for up to four hours
  • must be able to reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches
  • must be able to work in hot and noisy kitchen environments
  • ability to prepare hot and cold foods using kitchen equipment
  • willingness to work flexible schedules
  • comply with all safety and operational standards

Job Qualifications

  • Friendly and helpful team member
  • prior operations experience is a plus
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • effective verbal communication skills
  • ability to adapt to changing priorities and dynamic workplace
  • food handler certification may be required depending on local regulations

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting, serving food, and handling payments at the cash register
  • maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store at all times
  • follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
  • work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • operate at different positions including front counter, drive-through, or kitchen
  • collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a positive environment
