With locations throughout the United States and beyond, the company prides itself on fostering a dynamic workplace where team members can thrive and deliver memorable guest experiences. The culture here is one of camaraderie and passion, where every day offers an opportunity to be part of something bigger than just a meal service — it's about creating lasting moments through food, fun, and teamwork.

The Kitchen Team Member position at Buffalo Wild Wings is integral to the operational success and guest satisfaction at the heart of the restaurant’s kitchen operations. As a Kitchen Team Member, often referred to as a Cook, you will be engaged in multiple key stations including Chip, Shake, Grill, Southwest, and Expo. Each station is vital to producing the variety of iconic Buffalo Wild Wings menu items, maintaining high food quality, safety, and speed throughout service hours. This role offers more than just food preparation; it immerses you deeply in the culinary rhythms that define the guest experience, making every dish a part of a greater legendary experience. The position is perfect for individuals who thrive in energetic, fast-paced environments and appreciate teamwork.

At Buffalo Wild Wings, the employment experience extends beyond just duties and responsibilities. Employees benefit from a supportive culture and competitive hourly pay, ranging from $15.16 to $28.68 depending on experience, location, and training. Additionally, hourly team members are eligible for overtime pay in compliance with state and local laws. The company prioritizes flexible scheduling to accommodate diverse lifestyles and commitments, ensuring work-life balance alongside career growth opportunities. With ongoing best-in-class training programs, team members are equipped with continuous learning, allowing them to develop professionally and personally within the brand's network.

Joining the Buffalo Wild Wings team means aligning yourself with a workplace that values not only operational excellence but also team development, inclusiveness, and community support. The restaurant fosters an environment where employees are encouraged to bring energy and innovation while feeling appreciated and recognized for their contributions. Comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plans, paid time off, referral bonuses, and wellness programs further contribute to making Buffalo Wild Wings an employer of choice.
