This position involves working in multiple kitchen stations, including Chip, Shake, Grill, Southwest, and Expo, giving you a dynamic and varied workday that builds your culinary skills and teamwork abilities. Job Requirements

  • be at least 16 years of age or older per applicable law
  • demonstrate exceptional time management skills
  • have attention to detail
  • possess strong guest service skills
  • availability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
  • ability to stand for extended periods during shifts

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment helpful but not required
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • basic knowledge of food safety practices
  • willingness to learn and grow within the company

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook menu items in multiple kitchen stations such as chip, shake, grill, southwest, and expo
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas
  • follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • ensure timely and efficient food preparation and delivery
  • cooperate with team members to provide excellent guest service
  • participate in training and continuous learning programs
  • assist with inventory and stock management
