The Kitchen Team Member/Cook role at Buffalo Wild Wings places you in the heart of the operation’s back-of-house. This is a critical position responsible for food preparation across multiple stations including Chip, Shake, Grill, Southwest, and Expo. As a Kitchen Team Member, you’ll contribute directly to the production of all Buffalo Wild Wings food items, ensuring each plate meets the company’s high standards for taste, consistency, and presentation. Job Requirements
- be at least 16 years of age or higher per applicable law
- possess exceptional time management skills
- have strong attention to detail
- demonstrate guest service skills
- willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cooking or kitchen experience beneficial but not required
- knowledge of food safety practices
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- prepare and cook food items at various kitchen stations including chip, shake, grill, southwest, and expo
