Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous kitchen or food service experience is a plus but not required

Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Prepare food items across multiple stations including chip, shake, grill, southwest, and expo
Ensure food quality and safety standards are met during preparation
Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient kitchen operations
Follow recipes and portion controls accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
Support inventory management and ingredient stock levels
Assist in kitchen training contests and continuous learning activities
