Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older, per applicable law
- Ability to fuel moments worth sharing with exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills
- Able to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with kitchen work
- Compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Willingness to participate in training and development programs
Job Qualifications
- Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various kitchen stations
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Work in multiple kitchen stations including Chip, Shake, Grill, Southwest, and Expo
- Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards
- Ensure food quality, safety, and hygiene compliance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas
- Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient and timely food service
- Participate in training programs and continuous learning initiatives
- Assist with inventory and stock management as needed
