Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older, per applicable law
  • Ability to fuel moments worth sharing with exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills
  • Able to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with kitchen work
  • Compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • Willingness to participate in training and development programs

Job Qualifications

  • Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to various kitchen stations
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Work in multiple kitchen stations including Chip, Shake, Grill, Southwest, and Expo
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards
  • Ensure food quality, safety, and hygiene compliance
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient and timely food service
  • Participate in training programs and continuous learning initiatives
  • Assist with inventory and stock management as needed
