Job Requirements

  • must be 16 years of age or older per applicable law
  • excellent time management skills
  • attention to detail in food preparation and service
  • strong guest service skills
  • ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • good communication and teamwork skills
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in food service is a plus
  • willingness to learn and advance within the company

Job Duties

  • prepare food items in multiple kitchen stations including chip, shake, grill, southwest, and expo
  • maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
  • ensure food quality and presentation meets company standards
  • handle food safely and follow sanitation guidelines
  • assist with inventory and stock management
  • collaborate with team members to fulfill orders efficiently
  • support a positive and energetic work environment
