Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older per applicable law
- excellent time management skills
- attention to detail in food preparation and service
- strong guest service skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- good communication and teamwork skills
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service is a plus
- willingness to learn and advance within the company
Job Duties
- prepare food items in multiple kitchen stations including chip, shake, grill, southwest, and expo
- maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
- ensure food quality and presentation meets company standards
- handle food safely and follow sanitation guidelines
- assist with inventory and stock management
- collaborate with team members to fulfill orders efficiently
- support a positive and energetic work environment
