Job Requirements

  • at least 16 years of age or higher per applicable law
  • knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene
  • ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to follow all company policies and procedures
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous kitchen or food service experience a plus but not required
  • strong time management skills
  • attention to detail
  • excellent guest service skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • able to collaborate well with team members

Job Duties

  • work in multiple kitchen stations including chip, shake, grill, southwest, and expo
  • prepare and produce all Buffalo Wild Wings food items
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen area
  • ensure food quality and safety standards are met
  • collaborate with team members to create exceptional guest experiences
  • manage time effectively during shift to meet service demands
  • participate in training and continuous learning programs
