Job Requirements

  • be at least 16 years of age or higher, per applicable law
  • possess exceptional time management skills
  • have attention to detail
  • demonstrate strong guest service skills
  • maintain the ability to work flexible schedules
  • be willing to comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is a plus but not required
  • ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
  • strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • basic knowledge of food safety standards

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook food items according to company recipes and standards
  • operate multiple kitchen stations including chip, shake, grill, southwest, and expo
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met
  • assist in receiving and storing kitchen inventory
  • support team members with various kitchen tasks
  • contribute to creating a positive guest experience through quality food preparation
