Job Requirements
- be at least 16 years of age or higher, per applicable law
- possess exceptional time management skills
- have attention to detail
- demonstrate strong guest service skills
- maintain the ability to work flexible schedules
- be willing to comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is a plus but not required
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- excellent communication and teamwork skills
- basic knowledge of food safety standards
Job Duties
- prepare and cook food items according to company recipes and standards
- operate multiple kitchen stations including chip, shake, grill, southwest, and expo
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met
- assist in receiving and storing kitchen inventory
