Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a fast-paced customer service role preferred
- Ability to work evening shifts
- Must be able to perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, standing, walking, and occasionally climbing ladders
- Ability to tolerate extreme temperatures and work safely around kitchen equipment
- Basic math skills for handling cash and inventory
- Commitment to adhere to health and safety regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team

- Occasionally climb and descend ladders
- Tolerate extreme cold and hot temperatures and work in and around fryers, ovens, grills, coolers, freezers, sharp objects, and loud noises
- Reach, grasp, and manipulate objects with hands for entire shift including reaching overhead
- Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 50+ lbs. occasionally including lifting from ground to overhead
Job Duties
- Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
- Maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties
- Prepares and serves food items in accordance with all Brand, Company, and health department regulations
- Ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
- Keeps accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records
- Follows all government laws and safety codes
- Completes reports on all incidents following the 5-minute rule policy
