We are currently hiring for full-time Kitchen Team Members to join our Nashville Melrose Music City restaurant team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to maintaining Chick-fil-A’s high standards in food preparation and safety. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on availability and experience, with an expectation of 35 to 40 hours per week. As a Kitchen Team Member, your primary responsibility will be to work in the back of the house, where you will prepare, cook, and present food in a manner that meets Chick-fil-A's stringent quality and safety standards. You will maintain strict cleanliness and food safety protocols to ensure a safe and positive environment for both our guests and team members. Under the guidance of our experienced leadership team, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily restaurant operations and delivering an exceptional dining experience for our customers.
This position requires individuals who are team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and possess a strong work ethic. While no prior experience is necessary as we provide paid training, the ideal team member will demonstrate a positive attitude, be coachable, and have effective communication skills to interact well with guests and colleagues. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age to be eligible for this role.
Our workplace operates under a quick-service and fast-food environment, with scheduled shifts typically lasting eight hours, including evening and night shifts, Monday through Friday, with weekend hours as needed.
