Job Requirements
- Must be able to stoop, lift, carry, push, pull, bend, twist, reach etc. items up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable with constant standing and/or walking, often in and out of extreme heat, cold, rain, etc.
- Must be willing to follow written and verbal instructions in a loud and busy kitchen environment
- Must be available to work during our busiest days of the year, such as but not limited to Bosses' Day, Admin Pro Day, and Valentine's Day ('All Hands on Deck' days)
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation or baking preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- Maintain a positive attitude and bake and prepare warm, delicious treats according to our recipes and standards
- Package orders accurately and efficiently for delivery or pickup
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
