- ability to follow instructions accurately

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and measuring according to recipes and kitchen standards
- assist with cooking and assembling menu items under the direction of the chef or line cook
- follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- properly store, label, and rotate food items to maintain freshness and quality
- maintain a clean, organized kitchen, including prep areas, equipment, and utensils
- monitor food inventory and report low stock, shortages, or expired items
- receive, inspect, and store food deliveries following proper procedures
- support dishwashing, sanitation, and general kitchen cleaning duties
- remove trash and maintain cleanliness of all work areas
- perform additional kitchen duties as assigned
