Job Qualifications

  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Basic English communication skills including speaking, reading, and writing
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong multitasking and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to use kitchen tools and knives safely and effectively

Job Duties

  • Prepare all food according to recipe standards while following strict safety and sanitation procedures
  • Monitor sales volume to ensure proper food preparation and product availability
  • Communicate promptly with teammates and management about food levels and quality
  • Complete cleaning, stocking, and workstation duties per daily operating procedures
  • Follow all food safety, time, temperature, and cost-control guidelines
  • Provide friendly, efficient guest service, offer suggestions, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain strong product knowledge, including ingredients, presentation, and pricing
  • Use equipment, utensils, and portion controls properly while keeping food presentation appealing and consistent
  • Support teammates and assist in any station as needed
  • Perform other assigned duties to keep operations running smoothly
