Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Basic English communication skills including speaking, reading, and writing
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong multitasking and attention to detail skills
- Ability to use kitchen tools and knives safely and effectively
Job Duties
- Prepare all food according to recipe standards while following strict safety and sanitation procedures
- Monitor sales volume to ensure proper food preparation and product availability
- Communicate promptly with teammates and management about food levels and quality
- Complete cleaning, stocking, and workstation duties per daily operating procedures
- Follow all food safety, time, temperature, and cost-control guidelines
- Provide friendly, efficient guest service, offer suggestions, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain strong product knowledge, including ingredients, presentation, and pricing
- Use equipment, utensils, and portion controls properly while keeping food presentation appealing and consistent
- Support teammates and assist in any station as needed
- Perform other assigned duties to keep operations running smoothly
