- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service preferred but not required
- ability to lift 25 or more pounds
- ability to work in various temperature conditions

Job Duties
- general customer service duties including, but not limited to, answering questions about menu offerings, and addressing customer needs
- assisting store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift
- accurately prepare deli products as instructed in designated preparation guides to include salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold/hot sandwiches and wraps, parfait cups, etc.
- use a variety of methods and technologies to ensure we follow company policies and procedures to maintain proper food safety conditions
- additional duties could include cross-training in other departments such as store cashier, restaurant cashier, facility maintenance, and leadership roles
- ability to move, lift 25+ pounds
- ability to work in various temperatures
