Job Requirements

Some high school education
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for long periods (up to four hours)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Effective verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt to dynamic environment with changing priorities
Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
Ability to work in hot and noisy kitchen environment

Job Qualifications

Friendly and helpful team members
Operations experience is a plus
Some high school education
Food handler certification may be required depending on local requirements, acquired at your expense

Job Duties

Provide exceptional dining experience to guests including greeting guests, serving food and handling payments at cash register
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store
Follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
Work efficiently in fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to work at different positions such as front counter, drive through, or kitchen
Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a positive and fun work environment
