Job Requirements
- Some high school education
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods (up to four hours)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
- Ability to work in hot and noisy kitchen environment
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and helpful team members
- Operations experience is a plus
- Some high school education
- Food handler certification may be required depending on local requirements, acquired at your expense
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional dining experience to guests including greeting guests, serving food and handling payments at cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store
- Follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
- Work efficiently in fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to work at different positions such as front counter, drive through, or kitchen
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a positive and fun work environment
